What business internet options do you offer based on location and speed needs?
We offer the full spectrum solutions, from basic business-class 50/20 Mbps plans up to high-speed 1000/400 Mbps, depending on what your NBN-type supports.
Do you manage the installation and setup of internet services?
Yes. Nexlo and our partner at VoIPLine handle the entire migration and cut-over process, you won’t need to deal with your current provider.
Can you provide a failover solution for internet outages?
Yes. We can implement multiple NBN connections or mobile wireless backups. We can even integrate a satellite backup solution (for instance via Starlink) for critical operations.
Are there any additional fees for after-hours support or emergency assistance, or are these services included in the standard package?
Most standard agreements come with after hours and weekend work included with no extra fee, they may have longer response times then work hour response times. If after hours and weekend support with the same response times are required, we can tweak the agreement to reflect that.
How do you monitor internet performance and uptime?
Nexlo continuously runs speed checks, monitors hardware connections and verifies service status. We know when your connection is compromised and often before you do.
Do you offer static IP addresses for business networks?
Yes. All of our business-internet plans include a static IP, making remote access, VPNs and hosting easier to manage.
